These Rules pertain to Rewardify Games: Match to Win, Lucky Match, Words to Win

By participating in the Game, the entrant (“Entrant” or “you”) agrees to be bound by the Official Rules (“Rules”) of this Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game, Rewardify’s Terms of Use, and Rewardify’s Privacy Policy. Note that any collection and use of your personal information by a third party, other than to perform services on Rewardify’s behalf, will be governed by that third party’s privacy policy.

Only legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom who are the age of majority in their state or jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry are eligible to enter. Employees, officers, and directors of Rewardify, their parent, subsidiary, affiliated or related companies, and all other entities associated with the creation, administration, promotion, or fulfillment of the Game, and each of their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related companies (collectively, the “Game Entities”), and each of their immediate family members and persons residing in the same household of such family members are not eligible to enter or win the Game. All eligibility is subject to all federal, state, country and local laws and regulations.

The Sweepstakes begins on the first day of the month at 12:01 AM Pacific Time and ends on the last day of the month at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the “Event Sweepstakes Entry Period”). The Sweepstakes consists of both a single Event Sweepstakes (the “Event Sweepstakes”), weekly sweepstakes (each, a “Weekly Sweepstakes”), and individual daily sweepstakes each day (each, a “Daily Sweepstakes”). The Sweepstakes Entry Period will be divided into 31 daily entry periods (each, a “Daily Entry Period”) for the Daily Sweepstakes, with each Daily Entry Period beginning at 12:01 AM Pacific Time and ending on 5:59 PM Pacific Time, a monthly entry period for the Event Sweepstakes (the “Event Entry Period”), beginning at 12:01 AM Pacific Time on the first day of each month and ending on 11:59 AM Pacific Time the last day of each month. Rewardify’s computer will be the official clock for the Sweepstakes. All Sweepstakes Entries must be received during a Daily Entry Period to be eligible to win a Daily Sweepstakes prize or during the Event Entry Period to be eligible to win an Event Sweepstakes prize.

You get one entry for each ticket used (each, an “Entry”) per person/email address/account (“Account”) during the Daily Entry Period or Event Entry Period, regardless of whether one person has more than one Account or more than one person uses the same Account.
To enter the Sweepstakes and obtain 1 Entry for the drawings associated with the applicable Daily Prizes and the Event Prize: (i) during any Entry Period, go to the mobile application (the “App”), login with your Member Name and Password (or connected social media account) and follow the instructions within the App to play the game and enter the Daily Sweepstakes or Event Sweepstakes; or (ii) if you have not signed up for an account or downloaded the App, go to the Apple App Store here or the Google Play Store here (depending on your device type) and download the App, become a Member for free by following instructions in the App and providing the information requested, which may include your name, valid email address and phone number, connection of a social media account, and your acceptance of the Rules, Terms of Use, and Privacy Notice. Then, follow the instructions for entering the Daily Sweepstakes or Event Sweepstakes located within the App.
Free Entry through the App: You may obtain 1 Entry by earning virtual tickets (“Tickets”) within the App by doing any of the following, and cashing in 1 Ticket for 1 Entry:
• playing the game within the App
• playing the game within the App
• logging into the App at certain times advertised within the App
• opening a “scratcher”
• watching an advertisement within the App

If you are a potential instant winner, the message will indicate the prize you are eligible to receive, pending verification of eligibility, compliance with the Rules and validation of your Instant Win Game Entry. For cash prizes, you must follow the instructions provided in the on-screen notification to claim your prize. Prizes of virtual goods within the App or of additional Tickets will be credited to your Account upon verification of eligibility and compliance with the Rules, and validation of your Instant Win Game Entry.
The computer algorithm embedded in Rewardify’s software will solely determine whether or not you are a potential winner. Winning scratchers are randomly chosen, and the applicable prizes awarded only to eligible Entrants who use a valid Instant Win Game Entry.

In the event of a dispute over the identity of an Entrant, the authorized account holder of the Account submitted at time of Entry will be deemed to be the Entrant. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an Account by an entity that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address on that Account (or the connected social media account used during signup). Each potential winner (individually, “Winner,” collectively “Winners”) may be required to show proof of being the Authorized Account Holder of the Account associated with the Entry. It is solely your responsibility to notify Rewardify in writing if you change your email address or street address connected with the Account. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same Account or associated email address.

Rewardify will review all Entries for compliance with these Rules.
Daily Sweepstakes: At the conclusion of each Daily Entry Period, on or about the Draw Dates set forth in Section 8, Rewardify will select, in a random drawing, 1 potential Daily Prize Winner who will receive the daily prize (“Daily Prize”) described in Section 8 of these Rules for the applicable Daily Entry Period, from all eligible Entries received during the applicable Daily Entry Period.
Event Sweepstakes: At the end of the Event Sweepstakes Entry Period, Rewardify will select, in a random drawing, 1 potential Event Prize Winner from all eligible entries received during the Event Sweepstakes Entry Period who will receive the event prize (“Event Prize”) described in Section 8 of these Rules for the Event Entry Period, from all eligible Entries received during the Event Entry Period.
ODDS OF WINNING A DAILY PRIZE depends on the number of eligible Entries received as of and through the applicable Daily Entry Period.
ODDS OF WINNING THE EVENT PRIZE depends on the number of eligible Entries received during the Event Sweepstakes Entry Period.
The potential Winners of the Daily Prizes or the Event Prize will be notified via email, phone, mail, or through the App, at Rewardify’s sole discretion. Rewardify will not be liable for any potential prize-winning notification that is lost, intercepted, or not received by any potential Winner for any reason. Potential Winners may be required to electronically or physically sign an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability-Publicity Release or other applicable documents.
The potential Winners of the Daily Prizes or the Event Prize will be notified via email, phone, mail, or through the App, at Rewardify’s sole discretion. Rewardify will not be liable for any potential prize-winning notification that is lost, intercepted, or not received by any potential Winner for any reason. Potential Winners may be required to electronically or physically sign an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability-Publicity Release or other applicable documents.
ODDS OF WINNING ANY INSTANT WIN GAME PRIZE are 100%. If a player does not win a cash prize, they will win a non-cash prize. Odds of winning any prize depend on the actual number of eligible Instant Win Game Entries used by Entrants. Prizes will be awarded randomly based on Rewardify’s computer algorithm embedded in Rewardify’s software.
Instant Win Game: If you received an on-screen message in the App indicating you are a potential instant winner, follow the instructions provided on-screen to claim your prize. All Instant Win Game Prize claim forms must be completed within the time indicated in the claim process notification or in the Piggy Bank section of the App, or the Prize will be forfeited.
If any potential Winner of any Prize: (i) does not respond within 48 hours of the first notification attempt; (ii) is found to be ineligible or any reason; (iii) fails to execute and return by U.S. Mail, electronic means (including agreement within the App), or other delivery permitted by Rewardify all Rewardify-requested documents (collectively, the “Affidavits”) within 3 days after transmission; (iv) fails to return a prize notification, or declines a prize for any reason; or (v) fails to comply with these Rules or the Terms of Use, such potential Winner will forfeit their Prize and Rewardify may, in Rewardify’s sole discretion, select an alternate Winner from all eligible Entries.
The final result and winning Entries will be announced on the App no later than 7 days following the end of either any of the Daily Sweepstakes or the Event Sweepstakes, as applicable. All verification and awarding of Instant Win Game Prizes will take place within 7 days of your potential win, subject to forfeit in the event of a failure to withdraw or other events covered in Section 12.

Daily and Event Sweepstakes Prizes:
Rewardify reserves the right to change the prizes at their discretion. The Prizes listed below are examples of the prizes awarded in the Daily Sweepstakes and Event Sweepstakes.
LIMIT: 1 Daily Prize or 1 Event Prize per Entry, depending on which Sweepstakes the Entrant entered.
28, 30 or 31 Daily Prizes (depending on the number of days in the current month): Each potential Winner will receive a prize of up to $100 U.S. Dollars applicable to the Daily Entry Period in which their Entry was chosen as a potential Winner. The draw date for each Daily Entry Period will be at approximately 6 PM Pacific Time each Day.
1 Event Prize: The Event Prize will consist of 1 prize of $250, $500, $1,000, $2000, $2500 or $5000 U.S. Dollars. The draw date for the Event Entry Period will be at approximately midnight following the Event Entry Period.
TOTAL APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE OF ALL DAILY AND EVENT PRIZES EACH CALENDAR MONTH: $7,500 USD.
Instant Win Prizes:
Except for virtual items and additional Tickets (which are awarded randomly through the Instant Win Game), which have no cash value, the cash Prizes awarded in the Instant Win Game can vary from $2500 to $0.05 (five cents).
Total value of Instant Win Prizes awarded in each calendar month depends on the actual number of eligible Instant Win Game Entries used by Entrants. Prizes will be awarded randomly using a computer algorithm embedded in Rewardify’s software.

With respect to all Prizes, Rewardify is not responsible for lost or stolen prize certificates or redemption messages. Unclaimed and unawarded Prizes will not be awarded. You are not an official winner of a prize unless and until Rewardify confirms your eligibility and compliance with the Rules and validates your Entry.
Rewardify reserves the right to void all prizes, entries and game play made through any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed, similar entry duplication method or any other suspicious activity or technical issues with the App as determined by Rewardify’s sole discretion.
Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of the App, the Game or system, or who Rewardify believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption, or damage will be disqualified and permanently banned from the App. Payment account information that contain errors or are incomplete will be disregarded and may result in Winners forfeiting their prize. Rewardify will be the sole judge of which scratchers, entries, Sweepstakes Tickets and game play are valid and its decision is final and binding.
Winners are responsible for all local, state and federal taxes. The value of the Prizes will be treated as income to the Winners and a 1099 will be issued for any Prize valued at $600 or more, if applicable. Anticipating cumulative prizes valued at $600 or more, Winners of any amount of cash prize may be required by Rewardify to complete a W-9 with valid address, social security number and signature. Failure to deliver the W-9 to Rewardify within 3 days of notification by Rewardify that it is required may result in Winners forfeiting their prize. Prizes are not transferable. No substitution is allowed except, at Rewardify’s sole discretion, a Prize of equal or greater value may be substituted for any reason. In the event that a Prize component is not available for any reason, the remaining elements of the Prize will constitute full satisfaction of Rewardify’s prize obligation to Winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. The Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Prize elements may not be separated.

When you play the Game and enter into the Daily, Event, or Instant Win Sweepstakes, you may win Prizes, which will be placed in a virtual wallet (your “Wallet”). Your current Wallet amount is viewable within the Game by clicking the Piggy Bank icon on the home screen. Your Wallet is neither a bank account nor a payment instrument.
All qualified cash prizes are transferred through PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can create one for free by signing up at www.paypal.com. All Prize fulfillment is subject to PayPal’s terms of use and privacy policies. In order to withdraw money to your PayPal account, you must connect your PayPal account by clicking on the Piggy Bank icon and following the withdrawal instructions.
Note: YOU ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A VALID PAYPAL ACCOUNT IN ORDER TO WITHDRAW WALLET FUNDS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THERE IS NO OTHER WAY TO WITHDRAW WALLET FUNDS AND THAT FAILURE TO WITHDRAW FUNDS MAY RESULT IN ANY PRIZE BEING FORFEITED.
Minimum Withdrawal; Inactivity: Prior to withdrawing Wallet funds, you must leave a review for the Game in the App Store. Additionally, no funds will be sent until the amount accrued is at least USD $7. All payments will be in US Dollars. Withdrawals will be processed within 7 days of the withdrawal request. Prizes contained in your Wallet which do not meet the $7 minimum threshold or are otherwise not withdrawn from your Wallet within 30 days, calculated on a rolling and ongoing basis, will be deemed forfeited.
Note: If you delete the Game from your device, your Wallet will be deleted, and any Prizes that you have won and not yet submitted a valid withdrawal request for will be lost.
Incorrect Withdrawal Information: Rewardify does not have a way to redirect incorrectly transferred funds once they have left your Wallet to the PayPal address you indicated within the Game. Rewardify is not responsible for any errors on your part in entering information about your PayPal account, or any other error that results in the loss of Wallet funds.
Tax Forms; Withholding: You are solely responsible for the payment of any required taxes or withholding. However, Rewardify reserves the right to withhold any taxes or other amounts from any payout under these Rules, which is required of them by government authorities in the jurisdiction where they operate.
Unable to Fulfill Prizes: If Rewardify is not able to fulfill the Prizes to any Winner in accordance with these Rules, or any Winner cannot claim the Prizes for any reason, including a failure of a Winner to withdraw Wallet funds within the prescribed time limits or a deletion of the Winner’s account, then Rewardify reserves the right to not award the Prizes, at Rewardify’s sole discretion.

Rewardify reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who Rewardify determines to be: (i) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or in any way acting in violation of these Rewardify reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who Rewardify determines to be: (i) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or in any way acting in violation of these Rules; (ii) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; (iii) disrupting or undermining the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes or the game; or (iv) annoying, abusing, threatening, or harassing any other person. Rewardify reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Rewardify reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Sweepstakes is technically impaired or corrupted, or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions, or other causes beyond Rewardify’s control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play, and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes as contemplated in these Rules. In the event an insufficient number of eligible entries are received or Rewardify is prevented from aRewardify reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who Rewardify determines to be: (i) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or in any way acting in violation of these Rules; (ii) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; (iii) disrupting or undermining the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes or the game; or (iv) annoying, abusing, threatening, or harassing any other person. Rewardify reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Rewardify reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Sweepstakes is technically impaired or corrupted, or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions, or other causes beyond Rewardify’s control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play, and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes as contemplated in these Rules. In the event an insufficient number of eligible entries are received or Rewardify is prevented from awarding prizes or continuing the Sweepstakes as contemplated in these Rules by any event beyond its control (a “Force Majeure Event”), including fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health of other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction, then Rewardify will have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Rewardify will (if possible) select the Winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the Force Majeure Event giving rise to the termination. Inclusion in the selection process will be each Entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. Only the type and quantity of Prizes described in these Rules will be awarded.

Acceptance of any prize constitutes Winner’s permission for the Sweepstakes Entities to use Prize Winner’s name, photograph, image, likeness, name, hometown, voice, biographical information, statements and prize information (collectively, the “Attributes”), for advertising and publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity, without further compensation or authorization (except where prohibited by law), and releases the Sweepstakes Entities from all claims arising out of the use of such Attributes.

The Sweepstakes Entities will not be responsible for: (i) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged tThe Sweepstakes Entities will not be responsible for: (i) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer- or communications-related malfunctions or failures; (iii) any Sweepstakes disruptions, injuries, losses, or damages caused by events beyond the control of Rewardify or by non-authorized human intervention; or (iv) any typographical or other printing or display-related errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY).

By entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant, for Entrant and for Entrant’s heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns: (i) releases and holds harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from any liability whatsoever, and waives any and all causes of action, for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising, directly or indirectly, out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes or delivery, mis-delivery, acceptance, possession, or use of or inability to use any Prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty, or other theory, which includes any forfeiting of any Prize or Wallet amounts in connection with inactivity, failure to withdraw funds in time, failure to reach the minimum threshold for withdrawal, or any error regarding transfer of Wallet funds to PayPal, whether on the part of the Entrant, PayPal, or Rewardify; (ii) agrees that the Sweepstakes Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose; and (iii) agrees to be bound by these Rules and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error in these Rules or in the Sweepstakes itself, and to be bound by all decisions of the Rewardify, which are binding and final.

Entrant agrees that if any dispute arises that is in any way related to the Sweepstakes, the Rules, the Terms of Use, Entrant agrees that if any dispute arises that is in any way related to the Sweepstakes, the Rules, the Terms of Use, or the Privacy Notice, the parties will meet in person or through telephone or internet connection and attempt to resolve the dispute. If the dispute cannot be settled through good faith negotiation, the parties agree to settle the dispute and will be submitted to arbitration by a single arbitrator. The arbitration will comply with and be governed by the JAMS Streamlined Rules of Arbitration. The arbitration will be held in San Diego County, California, USA, but either party may participate through telephone or internet connection appearances. Judgment upon the award rendered may be entered and enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction. The cost of arbitration will be borne in a proportion the arbitrator determines.

All disputes, actual or alleged claims and causes of action at law or in equity (“Claim(s)”) will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Rules, in connection with any Claims, judgments, and awards, Entrant waives all rights to attorneys’ fees, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages, and to any multiplied damages. In no event will an Entrant be entitled to recover any expenses other than reasonable and actual out-of-pocket expenses.
All disputes, actual or alleged claims and causes of action at law or in equity (“Claim(s)”) will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Rules, in connection with any Claims, judgments, and awards, Entrant waives all rights to attorneys’ fees, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages, and to any multiplied damages. In no event will an Entrant be entitled to recover any expenses other than reasonable and actual out-of-pocket expenses.

In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Rules will otherwise remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained in the Rules.
