What is Match To Win?

This fun, tile-matching game, Rewardify’s most popular, is free to play, and works on both iOS and Android systems. Download Match To Win at both Apple Store (link) and Google Play (link) sites.  One great feature of this game is that you can immediately start playing as soon as you’ve downloaded it– other games out there require a slow registration process. Not Match To Win! 

 

Who can play Match To Win? 

Any interested player, 17 years or older can play. And the good news is Match To Win is available worldwide!

How do you win real cash rewards on Match To Win?

It’s simple. Just access the free download, and install the app on your mobile device. Get the app at either Google Play or Apple Store, and match 3 of the same tile pieces to score. 

In the dashboard, you will see a map with all levels represented by gray circles. The game starts in Hawaii and as you move up the levels, you’ll unlock other vacation themes, taking a virtual trip to great destinations, including Rome and Paris!

For each level, there’s a “target” score (usually a certain amount of gold Rewardify “tokens” to reach in order to move up to the next level,) and a certain number of play “moves,” is specified. 

All you have to do is match 3 similar items, and reach your target score before you run out of moves. Once you reach the target score, all remaining moves will be transformed into “power ups” that immediately activate to give you a “bonus” on top of your final score. Watch, and hear, your score accelerate with power-ups! 

 

Every time you reach the goal, and pass the level, you will earn a free Scratcher. You’ll win cash or virtual prizes, with match 3 items. 

For new players, you’ll find helpful “tips” pop up in the first levels to get you started with this fun game.

 

 

What are Scratchers and how do they work?

Scratchers are instant-win opportunities located throughout the game. You can earn Scratchers for completing levels, spinning the Wheel, inviting friends, and via several other game features. Players can win Cash, Tokens and Boosts via Scratchers.

Unlike real world lottery scratch-off tickets, though, Scratchers will always deliver a prize!

To reveal the Scratcher matches, simply swipe your finger back-and-forth over the Scratcher card to reveal your prize!

What is my Rewardify Wallet?

When you play one of our free-to-win apps and enter Daily, Event, or Instant Win Sweepstakes, you may win prizes, which will be placed in a virtual wallet (your “Wallet”). Your current Wallet amount is viewable within the game by tapping the Piggy Bank icon on the home screen.

Your Wallet is neither a bank account nor a payment instrument.

How do I receive my winnings?

As you win cash rewards, your winnings are deposited into your Wallet within the game. (The Wallet icon is shown in the lower right corner.)

Once you have reached the minimum redemption balance, you are eligible to redeem your winnings. Rewards are fulfilled via electronic gift card. Simply tap the Wallet icon and follow the on-screen instructions to begin the redemption process.

How will I receive my gift card?

Eligible winnings are redeemed through our electronic gift card payout process. Once you have reached the minimum Wallet balance of $7, tap the Wallet icon and follow the on-screen instructions to select and receive your available gift card reward.

Please make sure the information you provide during the redemption process is accurate so your reward can be delivered successfully.

When should I expect my reward?

Large wins can take up to five business days to be fully processed. Smaller rewards may take less time, and many are processed quickly.

If you haven’t received your gift card reward after five business days, please tap the Contact Us button and include the following:

  • Describe your device (e.g., make and model of your phone or tablet).
  • Your Rewardify ID, which can be found in Settings >> Legal Stuff.
  • Your full name and the email associated with your account.

These details will help us troubleshoot the issue.

Why is my Wallet not showing the correct amount?

Your winnings are safe! Here are some possible reasons your amount may appear incorrect.

You recently redeemed your winnings. Your Wallet may show a zero or updated balance after you have begun the redemption process, even if your gift card has not yet been delivered.

You are experiencing problems connecting to our server. For example, you may have no Internet connection or a weak signal. For your security, accounts must connect to our servers to review winnings. Please check your connection and/or signal strength and restart the game.

We may be experiencing technical difficulties. Should this occur, please know we are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Once resolved, restart the game and check your account again.

If you still cannot access your winnings, please tap the Contact Us button and provide details about your account:

  • Describe the issue in as much detail as possible (e.g., what is happening and how frequently the issue occurs).
  • Describe your device (e.g., make and model of your phone or tablet).
  • Your Rewardify ID, which can be found in Settings >> Legal Stuff.
  • Your full name and the email associated with your account.

These details will help us troubleshoot the issue and get you back to the game!

The Scratcher showed I won money, but it’s not in my Wallet.

Please note that you must get three matching symbols on your Scratcher to win a prize. If you only matched one or two symbols, the prize will not be valid.

If you believe you didn’t receive the correct prize, please tap the Contact Us button and provide the following details:

  • The amount you believe you won.
  • A screenshot of the win (if possible).
  • The date and time you won (including your time zone).
  • Describe your device (e.g., make and model of your phone or tablet).
  • Your Rewardify ID, which can be found in Settings >> Legal Stuff.
  • Your full name and the email associated with your account.

These details will help us fully investigate the matter and work to set things right.

How are my winnings paid out?

Winnings are currently fulfilled through electronic gift cards. Once your Wallet reaches the minimum redemption amount, tap the Wallet icon and follow the on-screen instructions to view the gift card options available to you and redeem your winnings.

Available gift card options may vary.

Can I get paid out in gift cards for Amazon, Walmart, etc.?

Earlier versions of the game allowed users to win electronic gift cards for major retailers like Amazon and Walmart. This feature was removed in favor of increasing overall sweepstakes prizes. Currently, all prizes are cash and paid only through gift card.
